Gina is a naturopath, lecturer and writer. She studied at the Australian College of Natural Medicine and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) degree. She now lectures and supervises student clinics at Endeavour College in Melbourne. Gina is an educator and a clinician at Fertile Ground Health Group in Melbourne specialising in pre-conception health, fertility enhancement, IVF support and pregnancy care. She is also a meditation teacher and runs a Mindfulness based stress reduction program.
Health research interests include women』s reproductive health, pre-conception health for men and women, fertility enhancement, infertility and pregnancy. CAM expertise - herbal medicine, diet and nutrition. Also strong interest on the impact of stress on health, stress management and meditation health benefits particularly with relevance to infertility and pregnancy and foetal health.
