A/Prof Jon Adams, NORPHCAM Executive Director, presented the Keynote Address at the Association of Massage Therapists National Conference held in Sydney on the 24-25th Oct, 2009. In his address Jon overviewed the contemporary CAM research field in Australia and explored a number of core areas where future attention and effort is required. In particular, Jon outlined the significant public health issues facing the health care system and CAM and highlighted the need for the CAM research community to make concrete in-roads in collaborating with practitioners in research design and activity.
